In a live wildfire simulation conducted in Portugal, the noignis flame retardant has proven its effectiveness once again — this time under real-world conditions.
48 hours before ignition, a 150 m² section of dense Mediterranean scrubland was coated with noignis. Despite strong wind and dry vegetation, the fire’s progression slowed dramatically upon reaching the treated area.
Key Result:
Flame spread was reduced by approx. 60% in the treated zone.
The test confirms noignis' long-lasting protective effect — even after two days of exposure to outdoor conditions.
The test was overseen by CEIF (Forest Fire Research Center, Portugal), with video documentation captured by drone for analysis.
We’re proud to contribute to the development of safe, sustainable solutions in wildfire prevention.
